In 2014, my husband Brennan and I opted to move from our first home in South Boston, MA to Longmeadow; as a native of Western Massachusetts, Brennan was eager to return, and we specifically selected Longmeadow as the community in which we wanted to live, work, and make a difference. This decision prompted me to move Collins Academic Services to the Longmeadow area.
I founded Collins Academic Services in 2009, supporting students and their families in the Boston-area suburbs of Burlington, Lexington, and Winchester. I began tutoring as a fun, side job, and my business quickly grew from personal recommendations. I had the privilege of working with many students over the course of those five years and realized the positive impact of my services on the educational paths of these students.
